Repeatedly described as very clean/new facilities; bathrooms and rooms noted as extremely clean in multiple reviews.

Staff repeatedly praised as very friendly, helpful and responsive (specific praise for reception staff including Andrea); quick response to maintenance issues.

Consistently highlighted as excellent — close to metro, Gare Montparnasse and major attractions; 'Lage, Lage, Lage' and many guests stressed walking convenience.

Rooms are clean and beds comfortable but often described as very small/cramped, with some reports of cigarette smell and limited shower enclosure causing water spread.
