Mixed: several guests praise daily room cleaning and fresh towels, but there are repeated complaints about poor toilet cleaning, crumbs left on carpets and occasional low standards in the evening shift.

Strongly positive overall: many comments highlight warm, welcoming and very helpful staff and excellent reception service (including special attention for honeymooners), with only an isolated mention of an unpleasant night staff member.

Outstanding: numerous reviews emphasize the prime location steps from the Eiffel Tower and close to metro, restaurants and cafes — repeatedly described as a key strength.

Below average: frequent mentions of very small or cramped rooms, poor views, squeaky or overly firm beds, low water pressure and occasional plumbing issues.
