Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Generally positive comments on cleanliness (Spanish review 'Limpieza'), though a few notes about missed towel deliveries and one occasion where daily refresh did not occur as expected.

Service

Staff frequently praised as helpful and accommodating with several mentions of great customer service and efficient staff, though isolated reports of a rude/unprofessional agent and slow early check-in communication.

Location

Consistently highlighted as a major strength—walking distance to Grand Central, excellent transport links and central to attractions; many reviewers call location 'perfect' or 'incredible'.

Room Quality

Mixed feedback: many call rooms comfortable with great pillows and quiet, but recurring issues include small rooms for larger parties, some lumpy or overly soft beds, worn fixtures and occasional maintenance problems.

Amenities

Rooftop terrace/lounge, free coffee/tea and bottled water, and coworking/relax areas are repeatedly praised, though a few notes about broken microwave and lack of in-room kettle.

Value for Money

Value is moderate—some guests find the price high (rates spiked during stays) and parking/extra costs add dissatisfaction, offset by strong location and included amenities.

Luxurious Accommodations

Hotel Boutique at Grand Central offers elegantly designed rooms with modern amenities including flat-screen TVs, Keurig brewing systems, and in-room yoga mats. Some rooms even come with a microwave and refrigerator for added convenience.
