Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. n Children up to and including 0 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. n You haven't added any cots. n You haven't added any extra beds.

Cleanliness

Multiple reviews mention bathrooms could be cleaner, general 'a bit dirty' structure, humidity and odors in rooms — cleanliness is below average in several reports.

Service

Mixed but often positive: several guests praise front desk staff (notably ‘Danielle’) and friendly reception; some reports of unfriendly or inconsistent staff. Overall the service moments were highlighted positively by reviewers.

Location

Consistently praised across reviews: beachfront/Venice Beach location, excellent views and proximity to restaurants, boardwalk and nightlife — the location is the property’s strongest feature.

Room Quality

Rooms are described as small for groups, sofa bed often inadequate for two, thin walls/noise, occasional humidity and small A/C units — room quality is somewhat below expectations for some guests.

Amenities

Some positive amenities (beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys, rooftop) but repeatedly criticized for missing basics in kitchenettes (no utensils, plates, cups) and limited in-room conveniences.

Beachfront Studios with Rooftop Deck

Located in a Venice beachfront building, Venice Breeze Suites offers studios with free Wi Fi and full kitchens. Enjoy the proximity to Ocean Front Walk and its vibrant shops and street performers. The highlight of the property is the rooftop deck with barbecue facilities, lounge chairs, and a wet bar for a relaxing stay.

Modern Kitchen and Ocean Views

Each studio is designed with a modern open layout kitchen featuring white cabinets, black counters, and stainless steel appliances. The en suite bathroom includes free toiletries, and select suites offer exposed brick walls, ocean views, and separate seating areas for a comfortable stay.
